The bistros firstly appeared in France circa 1815, and it is the French word for “fast”. They are tiny restaurants which offer fast and qualitative food. Also, in bistros you can enjoy coffee, wine and other drinks. Little cozy spaces, which become meeting points for people of all ages and interests. “Bistro 25” opened in December 2014, a warm and unique restaurant with a classic modern design and music which takes you to the original French bistros. Open daily serves you coffee, beverages and pastries in the morning and high-quality dinner plates. The menu includes green salads, tarts, seasonal appetizers, pasta, pizza and homemade burgers. Situated in the picturesque central square of Akrata, Bistro 25 has accommodated many cultural events, such as local products exhibitions (jewelry, cosmetics, wine) and it participated in gastronomic competitions (Oinoxeneia 2015). Bistro 25 aspires to create a warm and relaxing atmosphere for its guests enjoying unique tastes.
