From Saturday, August 19 to Sunday, September 3, a multitude of events will fill the last days of summer, highlighting the Landscapes and Flavors of Aigialeia as every year. Concerts, cinema, children’s workshops, culinary and wine events will take place throughout the territory of the municipality of Aigialeia, from the “Giorgos Pappas” Outdoor Theater and the garden of Polykentros in Myrtia, the squares of semi-mountainous settlements, wineries and restaurants to the neighborhoods of the Settlement!

This year’s theme of the festival is dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the Oinoxeneia festival, which was first initiated in 2013.

Oinoxenia was born in Aegialia in 2013. We created a word to unite the wonderful “wines” with the “hospitality” of the area. Since then and every year we celebrate the second fortnight of August, the most lively season of our vineyards, when our thoughts, planning and joy ripen together with the grapes.

Guided by Oinoxenia, discover with us, within a framework of events of high aesthetic value, the Landscapes of Aigialeia, the Quality of the products it produces (wines, raisins, olive oil, lemons, Corinthian fish, Kalavryta cheeses, small mountain animals area, rose sugar of I.M. Taxiarchon etc.) and the local gastronomy based on them.

The area’s wineries, Oinoxenia catering points and Oinoxenia guesthouses are waiting for you to get to know Aigialeia, a fascinating and unexpectedly complex place!
